Exciting Times - The Crafting Place joins forces with i made this crafts!

I'm very excited about my collaboration with Claire from I made this - Crafts ! We've put together a new joint flyer so I thought I would share it with you.
Claire has been running i made this crafts in Godalming for a while but had to leave her premises so I suggested she move in to the shop next to me and take over the sewing side of the business. Luckily she said yes as she is extremely talented and went to the London School of Fashion so finally the sewers, quilters and fabricholics of Cranleigh have someone who know what she's talking about! She will be running regular workshops and lots of beginner lessons where people can bring their own machines in. She will also have lots of lovely supplies too.
This means that I can expand the woolly side of things and start to stock more ranges of yarn like Sirdar Snuggly which I recently got in. I'm carrying on with the knitting and crochet lessons and have been running some extra workshops like how to make lampshades and making rag wreaths. Every Wednesday I have my Wednesday Workshops on subjects like how to knit cables or baby booties or how to crochet a granny square or a fruity coaster!
We both love to run workshops for kids and have regular groups coming in to learn all the useful life skills with us. We also put on special craft workshops during school holidays and this will evolve over the next few months.
The Surrey Ad are doing an article on us and this is us trying to make the front of the shops pretty for the photos!
